UK PM Sunak set to win vote on Rwanda plan as most rebels back down - source

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is set to comfortably win a final vote in parliament's lower House of Commons on his plan to send asylum seekers to Rwanda as most rebels who favour a tougher approach are set to back the legislation, a source said.

A source present at a meeting of lawmakers from Sunak's governing Conservative Party who have argued for tougher measures said that most would vote to support the plan, with only a small number expected to rebel against the government.
