This oath should not be just a sentence for the leaders of the AAP, it should be a commitment for the party workers to fight until their last breath to save the Constitution,'' he said. Kejriwal, the Delhi chief minister and the national convenor of the AAP, was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in a money-laundering case linked to the alleged excise policy scam on March 21. He is currently lodged in Tihar jail and will be in judicial custody till Monday.
