Crorepati Candidates Set to Reign in 2023 Elections

Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani from Guntur is set to become the richest winner in the elections with Rs 5,700 crore in assets. Other crorepati candidates leading in their constituencies include BJP's Konda Vishweshwar Reddy, Naveen Jindal, Prabhakar Reddy Vemireddy, Jyotiraditya Scindia, and Hema Malini.

In a striking development, Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani, the TDP candidate from Guntur, is positioned to emerge as the wealthiest winner, boasting assets valued at Rs 5,700 crore. Pemmasani is leading by an impressive margin of over 3.3 lakh votes.

Meanwhile, BJP's Konda Vishweshwar Reddy, who contested from Chevella in Telangana, trails closely as the second richest candidate with assets worth Rs 4,568 crore. Reddy enjoys a comfortable lead of over 1.5 lakh votes.

The financial asset listing continues with industrialist Naveen Jindal, BJP candidate from Haryana's Kurukshetra. Jindal announced assets worth Rs 1,241 crore and is currently leading by more than 30,000 votes. In Andhra Pradesh's Nellore, TDP's Prabhakar Reddy Vemireddy disclosed assets of Rs 716 crore and is ahead by over 2.3 lakh votes.

Union Minister and BJP candidate from Guna, Madhya Pradesh, Jyotiraditya Scindia has declared assets worth Rs 424 crore and secured a lead with over 5 lakh votes. Similarly, actor-turned-politician Hema Malini, representing BJP from Mathura, announced assets of Rs 278 crore and is leading by 2.8 lakh votes.

In total, there are 2,572 crorepati candidates vying for positions in this election cycle.
