NDA's Third Term: A New Dawn for India

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma congratulated Narendra Modi for being elected as the leader of the NDA parliamentary party, asserting that the third term will bring significant reforms and development. Sarma attended the NDA meeting in New Delhi and met with new MPs from Assam. He lauded Modi's leadership and progress over the last decade.

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday extended his heartfelt congratulations to Narendra Modi on his election as the leader of the NDA parliamentary party.

Sarma confidently proclaimed that a third term under the NDA government would herald an era of substantial reforms and development for the Indian populace.

In a social media post, Sarma expressed, 'It was an absolute honour to witness Adarniya Shri @narendramodi Ji being unanimously elected as the Leader of the NDA Parliamentary Party for a third consecutive term.'

He emphasized how Modi's compelling speech set a promising agenda for pro-people governance to be implemented by the NDA government.

'Under Modi Ji's leadership, India has achieved remarkable progress in the past decade, setting the stage for continued prosperity. With this emphatic mandate, Bharat is on the path to greater milestones during Modi 3.0,' Sarma added.

During his visit to New Delhi, Sarma attended the NDA parliamentary meeting and met with the newly elected MPs, Phani Bhushan Choudhury of AGP and Joyanta Basumatary of UPPL, both of whom represent NDA partners in Assam.

Sarma also highlighted the NDA's historic performance in Assam, stating, 'In New Delhi, I met newly elected Members of Parliament from @agpofficial & @TheUPPLOfficial, Phani Bhusan Choudhury and Joyanta Basumatary. NDA has created history this time in Assam by winning 11/14 seats, highest by any pre-poll alliance since 1985.'
