Bihar Deputy CM Sinha Alleges NEET 'Paper Leak' Ties With RJD Officials

Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha alleges that the main accused in the NEET 'paper leak' scandal is linked to officials associated with RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, demanding a thorough investigation into the matter.

Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha on Thursday raised serious allegations concerning the NEET 'paper leak' scandal, pointing fingers at officials closely connected with RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav. Sinha called for a comprehensive probe into these claims.

During a press briefing, Sinha highlighted that the suspected official maintained regular communication with Sikander Prasad Yadvendu, the prime accused. He stated that Yadav's associated official arranged accommodation for Sikandar in various locations, including guest houses in Patna.

Sinha questioned the silence of RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad amidst these allegations and suggested that the connections also extended to RJD supremo Lalu Prasad during his judicial custody in Ranchi. Last month, the Bihar Police’s Economic Offences Wing arrested 13 individuals linked to the NEET-UG 2024 paper leak incident.
