Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has launched a vehement criticism against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of lacking knowledge about Indian tradition and Hindu culture. Sai urged Gandhi to apologize to the nation for his contentious remarks made in the Lok Sabha.

Gandhi, in his inaugural speech as the leader of opposition, had stated that individuals identifying as Hindus are perpetually engaged in 'violence and hate,' triggering widespread outrage from the treasury benches. Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized that labeling the entire Hindu society as violent is a grave accusation.

In a social media post, Sai condemned Gandhi's statement as extremely objectionable and insulting to millions of Hindus across India. He called for an end to what he termed as the Congress party's animosity towards Hindus, demanding an apology to the nation from both Gandhi and the party.
