Congress Creates Ruckus Over Governor's Address in Budget Session

Speaker Vasudev Devnani clarified that since this was the second session of the year, the Governor's address was not mandatory. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Jogaram Patel supported this interpretation.

Amidst the chaos, Bharat Adivasi Party leader Jaikrishna Patel took oath, and the Assembly paid tributes to several recently deceased political leaders, underscoring a day marked by both contention and solemn moments.
