United Against Dictatorship: AAP's Rallying Call

In a show of political solidarity, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, accompanied by his wife Kalpana Soren, recently visited Sunita Kejriwal, the wife of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, who is currently incarcerated over an alleged excise policy scam.

Also present at the meeting held at the Delhi Chief Minister's official residence was AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) captured the moment in a video shared on 'X,' captioning it 'INDIA is united against dictatorship.'

Earlier, Soren and his wife paid a courtesy call to Congress Parliamentary Party chief Sonia Gandhi. Soren, who had resigned and was arrested over a money laundering case, is now reinstated as chief minister. The opposition INDIA bloc prominently raised the arrests of Soren and Kejriwal during Lok Sabha poll campaigns, with the wives of both leaders actively participating.
