BRS Leaders Lodge Complaint Against Congress Over Defections and Unfulfilled Promises

A delegation of BRS leaders, spearheaded by party Working President K.T. Rama Rao, convened with Telangana Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan on Saturday to lodge a formal complaint against the ruling Congress over issues of defections and broken promises to unemployed youth.
The assembly of BRS MLAs, MLCs, and other leaders detailed their grievances at the Raj Bhavan, highlighting how the Congress successfully convinced 10 BRS MLAs and eight MLCs to switch allegiances.
Rama Rao stated to reporters, "We have explained to the Governor how democracy is being undermined in the state by the Congress and their failure to honor promises related to two lakh jobs and a job calendar for unemployed youth." The Governor has assured the delegation that he will address the issues within his capacity and has promised to consult the Home Secretary for further details.
