Pankaja Munde Calls for Sharad Pawar's Clarification on Maratha Quota Issue

BJP MLC Pankaja Munde has urged NCP chief Sharad Pawar to clarify his position on the Maratha quota issue. Speaking to reporters, she emphasized the public's eagerness to hear Pawar's stand. Munde also commented on Maratha activist Manoj Jarange's appeal and wished Prakash Ambedkar well on his statewide tour.

BJP MLC Pankaja Munde on Monday called on NCP chief Sharad Pawar to clarify his stance on the ongoing Maratha quota issue, citing him as Maharashtra's most experienced leader.

Addressing reporters, Munde stressed the public's keen interest in Pawar's position on the matter. ''All parties aim to strengthen themselves, but they must unite for a cause. Leaders should be clear about their stand on state issues. Sharad Pawar should clarify his stance on the quota issue,'' she remarked.

In response to Maratha activist Manoj Jarange's call for the community to defeat the BJP in upcoming assembly polls, Munde said, ''Anyone can make announcements, but they are meaningless unless acted upon.'' She also extended good luck to Vanchit Bahuji Aghadi chief Prakash Ambedkar for his statewide tour on the quota issue, adding, ''My aim is for communities to stand together, not against each other.''
