Senior INDIA bloc leaders united at Delhi's Jantar Mantar on Tuesday, demanding the release of AAP supremo and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. They asserted that the BJP-led central government lacks adequate support and will not last long.
NCP leader Sharad Pawar, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, CPI(M) general secretary Sitaram Yechury, and Congress leaders Gaurav Gogoi and Pramod Tiwari showed solidarity with AAP, protesting Kejriwal's arrest.
The opposition leaders accused the Centre of disrupting the Delhi government’s work, alleging it contributed to a tragic incident in Old Rajinder Nagar. They also claimed Kejriwal was imprisoned as a political tactic to derail his work and health.
