Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris, alongside her new running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, rallied a boisterous crowd in Wisconsin, emphasizing abortion rights and warning that Republican rival Donald Trump threatens future freedoms.

At the outdoor event, Harris underscored the repercussions of the 2022 Supreme Court decision that eliminated nationwide abortion rights with the aid of three Trump appointees. 'Now, more than 20 states in our country have a Trump abortion ban, many with no exceptions, even for rape and incest,' she said.

As they introduced Walz, a former teacher and Army National Guard veteran, Harris emphasized his Midwestern roots and political record, aiming to balance the Democratic ticket with a strong presence in battleground states.
