Countdown to Jharkhand Polls: Nomination Updates and Seizure Details
As nominations for Jharkhand's upcoming assembly elections proceed, only one nomination was filed on the second day. Till now, four nominations have been submitted. A significant amount of cash and goods have been seized in the state post-election announcement, with Pakur recording the maximum seizure.

On the second day of Jharkhand assembly elections nominations, only one candidate filed a nomination, bringing the total to four across 43 constituencies, according to election officials.
Despite the slow start, scrutiny of nominations is slated for October 28, amid continuing cash and goods seizures totaling Rs 3.15 crore.
The elections will unfold in two phases on November 13 and 20, with about 2.60 crore electors expected to cast their votes.
