Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma dismissed speculations about discord in the Jharkhand BJP over the distribution of assembly election tickets. He labeled any dissatisfaction among party members as 'natural.'

Sarma, also BJP's co-incharge for Jharkhand elections, rebuffed allegations of nepotism, mentioning that familial considerations did not influence ticket allocations.

He highlighted that ticket allotments to individuals like Meera Munda and Purnima Das Sahu were based on prior commitments and their relatives' absence in the electoral race.
