In a subtle dig at her cousin, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, NCP (SP) leader Supriya Sule commented on his frequent trips to the national capital, Delhi. She quipped about missing her brother, who previously shunned such visits.
As the state assembly elections approach, Ajit Pawar, along with NCP leaders such as Praful Patel, traveled to Delhi. Sule, daughter of Sharad Pawar, mentioned she had lost contact with Ajit and was unsure of his reasons for visiting.
Meanwhile, Ajit Pawar confirmed the Mahayuti alliance's near-finalized seat-sharing plan. Speculations suggest the BJP, Shiv Sena, and NCP might contest 156, 78, and 54 seats respectively, although no confirmation is provided by the alliance leaders.
