Addressing a gathering after paying tributes to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in Gujarat, Modi underscored the need to identify and unmask 'urban Naxals'.
Modi voiced concerns about groups that aim to hurt India's economic interests and portray a negative image to foreign investors. Without naming specific individuals, he accused some of targeting the armed forces with disinformation campaigns and attempting to ignite separatism.
