Naveen Patnaik, the President of Biju Janata Dal (BJD), has launched a scathing attack on the BJP-led Mohan Majhi government in Odisha, dubbing it a 'double engine, double blow' administration.
During a BJD protest, Patnaik accused the ruling party of misleading the public with false promises and narratives. Highlighting the government's failures, he claimed essential commodity prices were rising unchecked, and the administration was disconnecting from the people's distress.
Patnaik also criticized the imposition of GST on all products by the central government, accusing them of further straining the common man. He urged the government to address farmers' issues and take control of skyrocketing market prices.
