In a tragic incident, an alleged Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast claimed the lives of two soldiers in Akhnoor, Jammu and Kashmir. The BJP leader, Kavinder Gupta, expressed sorrow and implicated Pakistan, accusing it of being perturbed by the prevailing peace in the region.

The soldiers fell victim to the blast during routine fence patrol operations near the border on Tuesday, as confirmed by the Army. White Knight Corps, responsible for the area's security, paid homage to the fallen soldiers, praising their ultimate sacrifice.

In response to the incident, Home Minister Amit Shah directed the Border Security Force (BSF) to ensure 'zero infiltration' along the India-Pakistan border. He called for deploying advanced surveillance technologies and strengthening border security to thwart further infiltration attempts.
