In response, SP members surged into the House Well, chanting slogans and calling for Pathak's dismissal as the state's health minister. Speaker Satish Mahana's attempts to restore order fell on deaf ears, resulting in an adjournment until 2 pm.

Upon reconvening, SP members persisted with their protests, prompting the speaker to declare that Pathak's contentious remarks would be expunged from official records, highlighting ongoing friction between the BJP-led government and the SP opposition.
