Kavitha Blasts Telangana Congress on Financial Management

Bharat Rashtra Samithi leader K. Kavitha criticizes Telangana's Congress government for accruing massive debt and failing to deliver on key promises. Accusing Chief Minister Revanth Reddy of financial mismanagement, she demands transparency and accountability from the administration over loans and unfulfilled electoral pledges.

In a stinging critique, Bharat Rashtra Samithi leader Kalvakuntla Kavitha lambasted the Congress government in Telangana, led by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. During a media address at Telangana Bhavan, Kavitha accused the government of irresponsible borrowing, amassing a debt of Rs 1.52 lakh crore within 15 months while neglecting electoral promises.

Kavitha highlighted the unfulfilled promises such as Rs 2,500 monthly assistance for women, gold for brides, electric scooters for young women, and benefits for farmers. She pointed out the state's robust monthly revenue and expenditures, questioning Reddy's claims of a financial crisis and criticizing his statements as damaging misinformation.

The BRS leader demanded a detailed white paper on loans and their usage. She argued for financial transparency and faulted the Congress government for lack of public benefits and numerous unmet pledges, expressing the people's growing frustration with the administration's opaque financial practices.
