In a strongly-worded critique, Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused Bihar's opposition parties, Congress and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), of obstructing the state's growth during their tenure. Addressing a public gathering in Siwan, Bihar, Modi labeled the parties as anti-investment and alleged they supported corruption and instability.

Modi intensified his verbal attack, claiming that the Congress and RJD undermine the self-respect of the Bihari people. He urged citizens to remain vigilant against those who impede Bihar's development and promised a brighter future under the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), with Bihar as a key player in the 'Make in India' initiative.

The Prime Minister highlighted NDA's contributions, including supplying electricity to 1.5 crore homes, establishing over 45,000 service centers, and constructing thousands of kilometers of rural roads over the last decade. He emphasized Bihar's potential in India's economic ascent, reinforced by investments announced during his recent foreign visit.
