Saying that the current circumstances hinder diplomatic efforts, Araqchi accused the U.S. of disrespecting international law and operating through threats and force.
Araqchi also announced his intention to discuss these matters with Russian President Vladimir Putin, underscoring the strategic partnership between Iran and Russia.
