According to Parab, sand extracted from the Jagbudi River was diverted to a dental college associated with Kadam's family. While addressing the press, Parab emphasized that he had highlighted these issues during the last legislative session and has now submitted these allegations for the Chief Minister's scrutiny.

Responding to these grave allegations, Kadam has refuted the claims, expressing his intent to provide counter-evidence to the Chief Minister.
