The photograph, allegedly generated using AI, was shared by Delhi BJP MLA Harish Khurana. Khurana utilized the image to bolster claims that the attack was orchestrated by AAP, demanding an explanation from Arvind Kejriwal, AAP's convener.

In response, AAP refuted these allegations and accused BJP of slander through AI-generated means. The party maintained its stance against violence and indicated that the image was crafted to tarnish its reputation.
