Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha declared on Tuesday that the entire state is united in its pursuit of a 'developed Bihar,' as the upcoming election aims to eliminate casteism, crime, and corruption.

Sinha criticized the opposition for their limited campaign against the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls, arguing that the public did not support their efforts.

He said longstanding issues of casteism, crime, and corruption fuelled by previous governments are now being tackled as people in Bihar seek growth and self-respect.
