The Rajasthan Congress has initiated a statewide campaign to counter alleged 'vote theft' by the ruling BJP. The 'Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhod' campaign was launched with a rally in Lalsot, Dausa, attended by prominent state Congress figures.
State Congress President Govind Singh Dotasra highlighted achievements of the previous Congress government in health, education, and infrastructure, contrasting these with current issues like smart meters troubling farmers, infrastructure neglect, and unemployment under BJP rule.
Dotasra accused the BJP of corruption and social division, claiming they won elections through deceit and now target Congress voters via the Statewide Identity Register. The Congress vows to protect democratic processes and aims for success in upcoming local elections.
