Vijay Challenges DMK's Political Strategies

In a fiery address, actor and Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) founder Vijay condemned the ruling DMK government for the numerous restrictions imposed on his political meetings. He challenged whether such measures would be enforced during the Prime Minister or Home Minister's visits.

Speaking at a massive rally in Puthur, Vijay expressed frustration over the government's actions, which included limiting his movement and disrupting power. He directly addressed the Chief Minister, questioning the fairness of these tactics.

Vijay declared that the TVK would not succumb to pressure, insisting that the people were firmly behind them. He asserted that the upcoming 2026 elections would see a significant battle between the TVK and DMK.
