In a heated press conference on Tuesday, poll strategist-turned-politician Prashant Kishor accused the BJP of coercing three Jan Suraaj Party candidates into withdrawing from the Bihar elections.

Kishor alleged that the ruling NDA was instigating fear of losing, forcing opposition candidates out of the race through threats and political pressure.

He urged the Election Commission to safeguard candidates, warning that public trust in the electoral process is on the line if these tactics go unchecked.
