Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya has called for the assembly to convene at 9.30 am on that date, according to a release from the assembly secretariat.
The Business Advisory Committee (BAC) is expected to gather in the first week of November to determine the session's length, with a proposal on the table for a five-day duration, which the committee will need to ratify.
