Chirag Paswan, the national president of Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), has lashed out at opposition parties in Bihar for splintering society along caste and religious divisions, contrasting this approach with his party's focus on women and youth in politics.
In a remote address marking the 25th anniversary of the party's foundation, Paswan highlighted the party's strategy of creating a new 'MY equation'—Mahila (women) and Yuva (youth)—as opposed to the MY agenda, referring to the Muslim-Yadav support base of the opposing RJD.
Paswan attributed the party's achievements to the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, while rallying party members to prioritize principles of social justice and inclusive development throughout Bihar.
