Addressing a gathering at Morabadi Ground, Soren announced that his administration distributed 16,000 jobs in government departments over the past year, along with 8,000 non-government positions.

Soren emphasized fair and merit-based selection processes and noted his government's commitment to youth and women's empowerment, despite opposition challenges.
