Pankaja Munde Pledges Commitment to Majalgaon's Development

Maharashtra minister Pankaja Munde has vowed to visit Majalgaon in Beed district every three months to ensure development progress if the BJP wins local body elections. Her statements, made during an election rally, were met with skepticism by NCP MLA Prakash Solanke, who labeled them as 'fake promises.'

In a bid to bolster local development efforts, Maharashtra minister Pankaja Munde announced her intention to visit Majalgaon in the Beed district quarterly if the Bharatiya Janata Party secures victory in the impending local body elections.

Addressing supporters at an election rally, Munde expressed regret over prior obstacles in Majalgaon's development, despite her previous role as the guardian minister. “I promise to the residents of Majalgaon persistent engagement and progress meetings every three months,” Munde stated, emphasizing her commitment to cleaner streets, improved roads, and enhanced study centers.

However, NCP MLA Prakash Solanke derided her promise as yet another political gimmick, citing her past visits as sporadic. “Promises don't align with her track record as the former guardian minister,” Solanke critiqued, referring to Munde's electoral losses in Parli and Beed, which cast doubt on her renewed pledges.
