Controversy Erupts Over Punjab's Zila Parishad and Panchayat Samiti Elections

SAD leader Daljit Singh Cheema expressed his dissatisfaction with the State Election Commission, accusing it of failing to oversee impartial elections. He called for the removal of Patiala SSP Varun Sharma, following an alleged audio clip that purportedly involves Sharma conspiring against opposition candidates.

The elections in Punjab are scheduled for December 14, with results to be announced on December 17. These allegations have sparked significant controversy, amid police claims of misinformation being spread via AI-generated content.
