In a recent address to the NDA parliamentary party, Prime Minister Narendra Modi underscored the importance of ensuring that laws benefit citizens rather than becoming burdensome. He conveyed the need for reforms across various sectors, beyond just the economic sphere, to foster convenience for the common people.

At the NDA meeting, which saw attendance from all its MPs, Modi reiterated his vision for development and urged MPs to expedite developmental projects to tangibly improve citizens' lives. He tasked lawmakers with the additional responsibility of engaging with youth and promoting sports and other social activities.

The meeting also celebrated the NDA's decisive victory in the recent Bihar elections, where the alliance claimed a commanding majority allowing JD(U)'s Nitish Kumar to resume his role as chief minister. Modi was felicitated by coalition partners, marking the alliance's triumph in securing 202 seats in the 243-member assembly.
