This assembly comes amid heightened tensions following fiery exchanges with Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who criticized the Congress during a debate on election reforms. Gandhi rebuked Shah for not directly addressing his inquiries and accused him of nervousness and evasion.
Meanwhile, the BJP criticized Gandhi's tactics, accusing him of avoiding substantive discussion and fleeing when confronted. Union Minister Giriraj Singh challenged Gandhi's approach, urging him to engage more directly with opposing views.
