Rajasthan's Cooperative Minister, Gautam Kumar Dak, on Monday accused the Congress party of intentionally misleading the public regarding the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in the state.
He assured that the revision process was transparent and conducted under the strict supervision of the Election Commission, countering claims made by the opposition.
Post a grievance redressal session at the BJP's state headquarters in Jaipur, Dak put forward that opposition concerns were premature and reiterated that no final name deletions had occurred. He urged those affected to provide documentation for verification, asserting that the Election Commission has full authority over procedural decisions. Dak also commended the BJP's problem-solving initiatives, noting their success in addressing over 70 complaints within party offices, contrasting the perceived inaccessibility during the previous Congress administration.
