Opposition Leader Accuses Bengal CM of 'Cheap Politics' Amid Youth Employment Crisis

Suvendu Adhikari, the Leader of the Opposition in West Bengal's assembly, has launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, accusing her of blatantly indulging in 'cheap politics' as the state's young workforce migrates elsewhere for employment opportunities.

Speaking at a rally organized by the BJP's youth wing, Adhikari pointed out that the event was part of a larger campaign advocating for permanent state jobs. Rally participants voiced their demand for employment by sending letters to the CM, a move that Adhikari strongly supported.

Adhikari alleged that despite Mamata's promises of creating an 'employees' bank' and financial aid, these initiatives have been inconsistently implemented. He claimed massive corruption during the pandemic highlighted the CM's failure to secure jobs for educators and the educated youth.
