A civil society group in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district organized a Tiranga bike rally on Thursday. This event aimed to counter the Pakistan Army's Kashmir Solidarity Day celebration across the Line of Control.
The rally saw dozens of youths riding through the streets of Kupwara, carrying the national flag, in a display of patriotism. The organizers intended this as a response to counteract the narrative promoted by the celebrations on the Pakistani side.
The march began in Trehgam, known as the hometown of JKLF founder Mohammad Maqbool Bhat, and proceeded to Kupwara town. Looping through Kunan and Poshpora villages, it returned to its starting point in Trehgam.
