Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann was taken to Fortis Hospital in Mohali for a medical evaluation after experiencing exhaustion. Hospital officials confirmed that Mann's condition is stable, and he has been admitted for observation.
Mann had earlier attended a religious ceremony in Sangrur alongside AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal. The event marked the festival of Mahashivratri at Shri Rankeshwar Mahadev Shiv Mandir.
Following the temple visit, Mann was scheduled to travel to Fazilka with Kejriwal to offer condolences to the family of Sandeep Gilhotra, father-in-law of Cabinet Minister Aman Arora, who recently passed away. A state-level event for an anti-drug campaign in Moga was also on their agenda.
