In the aftermath of the Pahalgam terror attack, Asawari Jagdale remains hopeful for the job promised to her by the Maharashtra government. Her father, Santosh Jagdale, was among the 26 victims of the April 2018 attack in Jammu and Kashmir.

Despite assurances from the government and multiple follow-ups, there has been no progress on the employment front for Asawari, who faces financial challenges due to the family's depleted savings.

BJP leader Navnath Ban assured media representatives that he would personally escalate the matter to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, aiming to expedite a resolution and fulfill the government's promise to the bereaved family.
