Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the beginning of the end for Kerala's Left Democratic Front (LDF) government, predicting a victory for the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA). Speaking at a rally in Pathanamthitta district, Modi emphasized a wave of change signaling the BJP's prospective governance.

The Prime Minister criticized the current administration for development delays and infrastructure inadequacies, particularly in rural areas. He pledged that a BJP government would fast-track progress similar to other states under NDA rule, tackling issues like unemployment and infrastructural deficiencies.

Modi accused the LDF of corruption and communal caution, citing the stalled Sabari rail project as a key failure. He emphasized that many women benefit from NDA policies nationwide and highlighted the need to retain youth employment within Kerala.
