The AAP leaders in Punjab, including Cabinet minister Harpal Singh Cheema, have accused sidelined party figure Raghav Chadha of not addressing critical issues confronting the state in Parliament.
These issues include the pending Rs 8,500 crore rural development fund (RDF), GST-related losses approximiding Rs 60,000 crore, and unmet flood relief promises amounting to Rs 1,600 crore.
Despite being chosen as a Rajya Sabha MP to vocalize Punjab's concerns, Chadha's silence, termed as a 'betrayal', has led to his removal as the deputy leader in the Rajya Sabha by AAP, with further accusations of him not taking a stand against the central government.
