Thackerays Unite in Tribute: Honoring Samyukt Maharashtra Martyrs
On Maharashtra Day, Uddhav Thackeray and Raj Thackeray visited Hutatma Chowk in Mumbai to honor martyrs of the Samyukt Maharashtra movement. Joined by other political leaders, they paid tribute to 106 martyrs, commemorating the state's creation in 1960. Maha Vikas Aghadi leaders also participated in the homage.

On Friday, Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray, alongside his cousin Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) president Raj Thackeray, visited the Hutatma Chowk in Mumbai to pay homage to the martyrs of the Samyukt Maharashtra movement.
Accompanied by his son Aaditya Thackeray and other party members, Uddhav paid respects early on Maharashtra Day, marking the state's formation in 1960.
Later, political leaders from the Maha Vikas Aghadi coalition also gathered at the memorial, honoring the 106 martyrs who played a critical role in the state's creation.
