Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, on Saturday, urged the state's youth to transition from job-seeking to job creation, promising full government support for entrepreneurial ventures. During a 'Lok Milni' event in Mohali's Saneta village, Mann highlighted the state's efforts to reduce migration by fostering local opportunities.
Contrasting previous administrations, Mann accused earlier governments of using empty coffers as an excuse, while asserting his regime's achievements due to strong political will. Facing opposition's personal allegations, Mann stated his dedication to Punjab's development, accusing adversaries of desperation unable to counteract his initiatives.
The Chief Minister criticized defecting politicians and plans to meet the President on May 5 seeking strict measures against political defection, mentioning recent Rajya Sabha MP switches from AAP to BJP. Mann also critiqued BJP's purported candidate crisis in Punjab, suggesting a lack of local party leadership.
