On Monday, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai expressed optimism regarding the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) performance in recent assembly elections across four states and one Union Territory, highlighting early trends in BJP's favor, particularly in West Bengal.
Speaking to reporters, Sai confidently predicted a clear BJP majority in West Bengal, marking an end to the Trinamool Congress (TMC) rule. He further noted favorable outcomes in Assam where BJP is leading decisively in 97 seats, and a strong position in Puducherry.
Rajasthan's Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Jogaram Patel, echoed this sentiment, citing pivotal support from Marwari and Rajasthani communities in West Bengal. Patel also expressed optimism regarding BJP's re-election in Assam and a promising performance in Puducherry milestones.
