In the midst of escalating political dynamics in Tamil Nadu, AIADMK leader Kovai Sathyan declared that the potential for an AIADMK-TVK alliance rests on Vijay's decision. Speaking to reporters, Sathyan highlighted the 'momentum' between both camps while affirming that any formal alliance decision will be made by the AIADMK high command.
Sathyan addressed and dismissed rumors about a possible rift or split within the AIADMK, emphasizing the internal unity and consensus. He confirmed that the majority decision will follow the high command's directive. Concerning TVK's alleged approach for support, he clarified no official correspondence had been initiated, though dialogue remains open.
The AIADMK is currently awaiting further clarity from the Governor's office regarding the political scenario. Sathyan noted that the Governor has requested additional details about the opposing MLAs' strength and is functioning 'by the book' of the Constitution. As media queries surged, he withheld specifics about MLA numbers, advising patience for later updates.
