In response to scheduling demands, program timings have been adjusted, now set from 2 pm to 5 pm to accommodate Shah's travel from a swearing-in ceremony in West Bengal to Chitradurga. The event forecasts participation from over 1 million supporters and religious leaders, necessitating extensive logistical efforts.

Despite recent electoral setbacks in Davanagere South and Bagalkote bypolls, Vijayendra remains confident in the party's prospects, crediting strong leadership within BJP.
