Keralam Congress President Sunny Joseph announced that discussions concerning ministerial roles in the new administration will be undertaken collectively with coalition partners, seeking a harmonious decision after consultations.

Meanwhile, the Association of Malayalam Movie Artistes (AMMA) accorded a warm reception to Chief Minister-designate VD Satheesan. The meeting, marked by garlands and ceremonial gifts, occurred just days after the UDF's significant triumph in the 2026 Kerala Assembly elections, heralding Satheesan's leadership in breaking the Left Democratic Front's (LDF) decade-long power hold.
