Mao Ning, spokesperson for China's foreign ministry, conveyed at a daily press conference that China does not support the formation of exclusive cliques or bloc confrontations. According to Mao, cooperation should not undermine mutual trust and cooperation among regional nations.

The foreign ministers of the Quad nations gathered in India, where they agreed to collectively build a port in Fiji. They also signed agreements on critical minerals and energy security, showing a shared commitment to collaborative infrastructure and resource development.
