Boosting Defense: Ukraine's New Iris-T Launcher

Ukraine has bolstered its defense capabilities with the acquisition of a new Iris-T air defence launcher from Germany. The news was confirmed by President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, who addressed the nation on Sunday.

Zelenskiy expressed gratitude for the support but emphasized the necessity for ongoing provision of air defence ammunition to maintain a robust defense system.

"We also need missiles for air defence systems to have sufficient capabilities to repel Russian attacks," Zelenskiy stated on Telegram, urging allies to continue providing essential military resources.
